May 2026 - Issue 01
It's been a season to remember, and we are just getting started.
by Hive Colab - May 2026
So far, the first half of the year has been interesting for us at Hive Colab. Behind the scenes, we have been quietly, and sometimes not so quietly, building. We launched Uganda's first EdTech Fellowship under the Mastercard Foundation's Young Africa Works strategy, welcomed 12 EdTech ventures into our ecosystem, hosted a landmark kick-off ceremony, traversed Uganda for digital skilling, and ran our inaugural five-day boot camp.
The second half of the year promises even more. More milestones to celebrate, more community conversations to host, and more stories to tell. We are glad you are here for it.
This is our first newsletter of the year and the beginning of a new rhythm of keeping you close to everything happening at Hive Colab.
