STEM Genius

STEMGenius is a Ugandan EdTech platform delivering inclusive and practical STEM education through simulation-based learning, coding, robotics, and gamified digital experiences. The venture addresses a significant gap within African classrooms where science and technology education is often heavily theoretical, while learners have limited opportunities for practical experimentation, coding, and applied problem-solving.

Designed specifically for low-resource environments, STEMGenius combines offline-capable technologies, shared devices, and facilitator-led instruction to make high-quality STEM education accessible and scalable. Its platform enables learners to engage in hands-on STEM learning through interactive simulations, coding exercises, robotics activities, and gamified educational content that strengthens conceptual understanding and practical competencies. The venture’s blended learning model is particularly relevant for schools facing infrastructure constraints such as limited internet access, inadequate laboratories, and overcrowded classrooms.

STEMGenius has already reached more than 3,000 learners through school partnerships, pilot deployments, and ecosystem collaborations.
